In coaching, I listen deeply and compassionately to you. I help you to clarify your creative intentions. During your individual sessions, we may use visualizations, guided imagery, awareness exercises, affirmations, journaling, art, directed self-talk, and/or gratitude practices.

We may also work with time and space management, action plans, accountability and support systems.
